BEEF

Looking for a meal that is loaded with flavour and easy to prepare? Beef is your first stop!

Scotch fillet: Also known as cube roll or rib eye, Scotch fillet is a hugely popular, high quality cut. Cut from the rib section of the beef forequarter, Scotch is tender, delicious and full of flavour - ideal as steak or roasted as a whole piece. We recommend it as a value-for-money option to keep the family's taste buds satisfied and stomachs well nourished.

Eye fillet: The Rolls Royce of the beef kingdom, eye fillet is reputed as the top gourmet and most tender cut of meat in the galaxy! It's also the most expensive item in our beef range, but well worth it for special occasions. The beef tenderloin can be cooked as a whole piece or portioned into steaks - a mouth-watering lean option for beef lovers.

Sirloin: Sirloin is another of our favourite premium quality cuts which is very reasonably priced and tasty as a steak or cooked as a whole piece. Taken from the shortloin, sirloin is great for slow roasting with the fat side up - and hard to beat when feeding a big team.

T-Bone: T-bone portions are a bone-in steak with a sirloin piece on one side and eye fillet on the other, so it's a great choice for meat lovers with a big appetite.

Rump: Cooking a Sunday roast? Then this is our recommendation. A good hearty rump is the perfect choice for slow cooking in the oven and also a great option for portioning up for the barbeque. Taken from the hindquarter, rump is a tasty choice and a cheaper cut than Scotch or sirloin. And don't worry, cooked the right way rump can be the biggest crowd pleaser of them all!
